We have an exciting opportunity for a relationally-minded, creative individual to join our senior team at the Social and Health Education Project (SHEP) to manage and develop our Relationships in Practice programme as Programme Manager.
This Cork-based, full-time position is a hands-on role involving programme coordination, course development and networking to support the four strands of our work: Training, Advocacy, Collaboration and Evaluation.
We are seeking an individual with strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills who reflects our ethos and values and has a passion for supporting frontline practitioners’ health and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have practitioner experience in health, social work, social care, youth work, education or a similar discipline and an understanding of why quality relationships in frontline practice matter.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our Relationships in Practice Training and Administration Coordinator in a caring, supportive and relationship-centred environment at our SHEP office in Ballintemple, Cork.
Relationships in Practice is a collaboration between the Ag Eisteacht Foundation and SHEP. The programme provides reflective spaces, tools and insight to support practitioners’ understanding of how quality relationships impact positively on health and well-being outcomes.
