Bernadette has over 30 years practical and successful experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach. She has a H.Dip in Business Studies, Training & Development; a Certificate in Compliance; is a certified Professional Coach and a certified trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) & mBIT (multiple Brain Integration Techniques). As well as being a valued member of our training team, Bernie is also the owner and senior trainer with the NLP Training Institute. As a firm believer in continuous professional and personal development, Bernie undertakes further training each year to develop and expand her knowledge & skills. Having experienced the power of the ABLE training personally and trained on a variety of different ABLE trainings over the past 10 years, Bernie knows first-hand the empowering nature of the training, giving people choice & skills in having brief conversations.
